The Kongo Gym

The Kongo Gym is a training facility for all athletes. We write custom speed, strength, agility, and diet plans based on the age of the athlete, what sport they play, and what position in that sport they play. Each movement we do in the gym has direct correlation to what each athlete does on the field or court. We utilize everything from plyometrics to olympic weight lifting to get each and every athlete to maximize their potential. We have sent over 60 athletes to college in 6 different sports. We offer both individual and team training programs. Contact us to set up your free evaluation today!
