Kongo Training is now ZDI Training. ZDI is the parent company of Kongo. Our NEW training plans will help take your athlete to their next level. You will have the option of three plans. These plans are a monthly subscription with your first month being prorated, if needed. Your payments will always come out on the first of each month. NEW GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM

$15/session

Our new group training program is open to any athlete from 7 years old through 18 years old. This program is set up to teach proper speed mechanics, generalized strength, overall footwork and agility, and explosiveness. Training sessions are an hour in length. This is a great way to improve overall strength, speed, and agility for athletes of all levels and skills. 

Trainings consist of plyometrics, body weight/weighted strength workouts, agility hurdle/ladder drills, speed mechanics and technique, change of direction training, and more. These workouts are built to be high intensity as well as fun for the athlete.

Monthly memberships are available with 6 month and 12 month commitments.

Coaches

Chaz WalkerOwner and Head Trainer

Chaz has been training athletes for the last 9 years. He is a USA Weightlifting Certified personal trainer and a part of the NCCPT (National Councel of Certified Personal Trainers). Chaz takes great pride in not only developing athletes, but helping young kids become better human beings. He has helped over 400 athletes better themselves in both sports and life. 

Chaz played 3 sports at the varsity level in high school: football, basketball, and baseball. He holds over 6 records at Davis High School for football. He was named All-Area MVP, All-Region Defensive MVP, All-State, and All-American in football. He was named a 5A All Star in baseball as well as All-State. He was offered to play both baseball and football in college on full-ride scholarship. He chose to play football at the University of Utah.

Chaz played 5 years at the University of Utah starting 2 of them. He was the leading tackler both years totaling over 100 tackles each year. He was name All-Conference in both the Mountain West and Pac-12 Conferences. He is still the record holder for tackles in a bowl game. Chaz was named one of the Top100 Defensive Players of All-Time at the University of Utah.

Chaz is married to the love of his life Christie. They have two beautiful girls named Gigi and Drue. 

Court WalkerGeneral Manager of Kongo Gym

Court has been training athletes for the past 3 years. He is responsible for the day to day operations of The Kongo Gym. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Excercise Sports Science and Kinesiology. Court has helped over 100 athletes reach their athletic goals. 

Court played basketball, football, and rugby growing up. In hight school he decided to focus his efforts on football and rugby. While in high school he earned All-State and All-Star honors in rugby. He did this in both his junior and senior years of high school. After high school Court decided to go to the University of Utah.

While at the University of Utah Court played football for 1 year. He was a part of the 2011 Sun Bowl Champions football team. After that he played 3 years of rugby on the Utes club team. He played lock and flanker for the rugby team. 

Court currently lives in Farmington.
